Schools: Nooksack Valley, Meridian, King's, Lynden Christian, Coupeville, Friday Harbor
Regional Allocations: 2
District: 2
Number of 1A schools: 7 for boys basketball, 9 for girls basketball.
Schools: Bush, University Prep, Cedar Park Christian, Northwest, Seattle Academy, Bellevue Christian. Overlake. Forest Ridge and Annie Wright are girls schools.

Number of 1A schools: 8

Year #2: District 4 divisions would merge (Evergreen and Trico) for a total of (2) regional allocations.
Year #3: District 5 divisions would merge (East and West) for a total of (2) regional allocations.
Year #4: Districts 6/7 leagues would combine for a total of (2) regional allocations.
Part III: Final 2011 Regional Tournaments
Districts 1/2/3 will combine for (4) regional allocations.

3. District 5 East would/could regionalize with District 5 West
4. District 6 would/could regionalize with District 7.
If District 4 (Evergreen and Trico) combine for (2) regional berths, then;
1. District 1 would regionalize with District 2
2. District 3 would regionalize with District 4 (Evergreen/Trico)
3. District 5 East would/could regionalize with District 5 West
